At this time, I am licensed to provide counseling only to clients residing in Pennsylvania.


I am accepting new clients at this time, via online only.


I provide emotion-focused, strengths-based, and person-centered counseling, helping you process emotions, build on your strengths, and foster healing. Using a family systems perspective, I also explore how relationships impact your well-being. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can navigate challenges, gain insight, and grow. 


A phone consultation is a short conversation designed to help you decide whether counseling with me feels like the right next step. We’ll briefly discuss what you’re looking for support with, and I’ll share how I work. You’ll also have space to ask questions about scheduling, fees, or insurance.


This conversation is informational and does not involve therapy or require ongoing services.


Individual sessions are $125 for self-pay. I accept insurance through Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Carelon, Cigna/Evernorth, Horizon BCBS, Independence Blue Cross, and Quest Behavioral Health. Because coverage can differ by plan, I encourage you to verify your benefits with your insurance provider. 


Most individual sessions are 50 minutes. Occasionally, sessions may be a few minutes shorter or longer to allow time for processing, reflection, or scheduling adjustments. 


During your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to counseling and what you hope to achieve. This is a time to share your concerns, explore your patterns, and ask questions about how counseling works. My goal is to create a supportive and safe space where you can feel heard, clarify your goals, and begin thinking about the next steps in your journey.
